Her primary responsibilities are to support the founders and internal C-Suite leadership team by driving operational excellence, ensuring strategic responsiveness, and translating high-level vision into execution across the company. Nicole Uribe is the Chief of Staff (COS) at Cell BioEngines. Her primary responsibilities are to support the founders and internal C-Suite leadership team by driving operational excellence, ensuring strategic responsiveness, and translating high-level vision into execution across the company. As Chief of Staff, she also oversees program and alliance management, where she supports the execution and tracking of internal and partnered cell therapy assets, manages CRO/CDMO/IP engagements, and helps ensure alignment between scientific progress, financial performance, and company goals.
Nicole earned her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Harvard University, graduating as part of the Class of 2025. Prior to joining Cell BioEngines, Nicole held research roles at the intersection of neuroscience and biotechnology. She has worked closely with academic laboratories and clinical teams, and will help bridge the gap between scientific innovation and business strategy.
As Chief of Staff, Nicole also takes ownership of cross-functional initiatives, including weekly team operations, supports investor communications, and contributes to the scientific evaluation of portfolio assets, product management, brand building, and community engagement. Her interdisciplinary approach and commitment to mission-driven innovation strengthen Cell BioEngines' ability to accelerate next-generation cell therapies.
